Citizen Cafe Academy
At Citizen Café, they needed a system that actually works for them. no more scattered tools, manual tracking, or patchwork fixes. We designed a full platform built for three different roles- managers, teachers, and students connecting everything from day to day operations to interactive games, in one smooth, accessible experience across devices.
Project Intro
The interface is clearly structured by user roles, with a focus on surfacing the right information at the right time for the right person. The system handles a large amount of content lessons, surveys, attendance, and payment while maintaining a simple user experience, easy search, quick navigation, and tailored flows for managers, teachers, and students.
Project Overview
Before designing anything, I sat with managers, teachers, and students to understand
what they actually needed. I worked with a team of three designers. The goal was to build something
that just works simple, intuitive, and clear for everyone
using it.
Strategy
Displays teacher ratings, open feedback, and survey trends over time giving a clear view of class satisfaction and areas to improve.

Gives managers a semester by semester view of each teacher’s survey score, attendance rate, and internal evaluation all sortable and easy to compare.

Lets managers track student attendance, teacher feedback, survey results, and semester data with quick access to their full teaching team.
